THE PROJECT:
In their first foray into brewing creative, accessible and unique ales, the Black Abbey Brewing Company founders wanted their tasting room, Fellowship Hall, to remind one of a chapter house at a monastery; a place to gather and chat among friends while enjoying one of their brews. By working closely with DWC throughout the construction process, they created just such a space inside of their brewing facility.
