TVA has committed over a billion dollars to reducing strain on the electrical grid, a significant portion of which is available to commercial facilities as incentives for energy-efficient upgrades. Most building owners and contractors don’t even know they qualify!
DWC’s Energy Smart Incentives service is a TVA Preferred Partners Network Member. That means we are authorized to file for incentives on your behalf, manage the process from start to finish, and put money back in your pocket.
Energy-efficient upgrades are already happening in commercial projects across Tennessee every day. Many of those projects qualify for TVA incentives and most of them never see a dime because no one has flagged the opportunity. That’s where we come in. Whether you’re planning new construction, upgrading an existing facility, or already mid-project, DWC can review your scope and identify what qualifies. We handle the paperwork, manage the approval process, and coordinate everything with TVA.

You Don’t Have to Be a DWC Client to Work With Us

We can review projects we didn’t build and help identify qualifying opportunities. If your facility or a project you’re managing could qualify, we want to help regardless of who did the original construction work.
