THE PROJECT:
DWC Construction was honored to partner with Barnes & Thornburg for their new Nashville offices on the 8th floor of the Broadwest Building at 1600 West End Avenue. Spanning approximately 20,000 square feet, this first-generation buildout features several state-of-the-art conference rooms, a welcoming main lobby, and a fully equipped kitchen/café area. The project was designed by ASD|Sky Architects, and DWC Construction worked closely with them to successfully complete the buildout on time, ensuring the client could promptly move into their new space.
